Today was such a fun day! I headed to Salt Lake to go to a play with my mom and sister, but on my way I had some extra time so I stopped in to see one of my most favorite people in the whole world. My sweet almost 90 year old granny! She’s a southern belle through and through originally from Birmingham, Alabama with a darling southern accent. She is one of those people who can make you laugh so hard you pee your pants, and despite slowly losing her sight, she is one of the most positive people that I know. I cherish every moment I get to spend with her just talking and laughing. I love hearing her stories and listening to her share advice on what to teach hope and how to be a good wife and mom. I love her so much and she is truly a gem that I will always cherish. Time with her is never enough, but I had to leave to go meet with my mom and sister. My mom (the incredible seamstress that she is) made some costumes for Hale theater and they traded with her and gave her 3 season tickets to their shows! SO she totally spoiled my sister and I and brought us along. This play was so wonderful and absolutely hilarious! We laughed so hard, and it was great to just get out and do something different and with just us girls!
David and I were able to go to that play with his family a couple of weeks ago. It was so funny!
